If you cut/paste this link into your browser, you’ll read an interesting article about Brit Hume’s solution to Tiger Woods’ marital woes.
In short, ditch the Buddhism for belief in Christianity.
I’m not sure how I feel about this stance. I mean, Christianity is right for me and Mr. Hume, but is it right for Tiger? I mean, he practices Buddhism for a reason…he feels comfortable with it. Pushing another religious point of view on someone when they’re already going through problems just seems to add to the pressure.
Besides, I know of plenty of Christians that have been unfaithful to their spouses.
What do you think? Should Tiger convert, or stay where he’s at spiritually?

Honestly? I think the talking heads need to leave Tiger alone now so he doesn’t feel so pressured to hide, and give him a chance to work on his marriage (or not) the way he and his wife need to. You’re right, plenty of Christians cheat; it’s not a religious thing, and no one but Tiger really knows where he’s at spiritually.
I’m just as curious as the next person about the chain of events that knocked him off his pedestal, BUT…it’s none of my business no matter how curious I am, and if the media would leave the story alone for a while, maybe he would actually have a chance to salvage his marriage, no matter what his current spiritual stance happens to be.

I agree…leave well enough alone. I’m just amazed at his stamina…how could he concentrate on his golf game while doing all his behind-the-scenes stuff?
